In November 1995 Pixar sprang into the consciousness of movie-goers worldwide with this game-changing cinematic experience. It became the first fully computer-animated feature and proved that it was more than possible to create vividly textured and immersive worlds which exist at a point somewhere between traditional hand-drawn animation and photographic reality.
